OneStaff Medical has been very good to me as a traveler. If I have any issues my recruiter is there to help with anything. High Integrity and honest. I would recommend OneStaff Medical to anyone. Plus they have top pay!

Cons

Wish benefits were better.

There is nothing positive I can say.

Cons

The stress and pressure from this company is very bad! Very unprofessional! If you are not a 'buddy' with management or the owners, your time there will be short! If you don't overlook all the harassment from management or the owners, your time will be short! Doesn't matter if you're a recruiter or a nurse!

OneStaff is hands down the best company I have ever worked for. Management is very supportive and there to guide you throughout training as well as the 'senior recruiters'. There's plenty of room to advance and there's no cap on commission! The harder you work, the more money you make!

Cons

None come to mind and I've been here 3 years
