like many starts up, it grew suddenly and during 2016 it was a little chaos, there was an important change at he end of 2016, Ceo left , and in 2017, things changed for the better, one manager, one direction

Not clear direction of the company No career path or salary rise No clear responsibilities Missing a lot of processes Let good people leave A lot of hotfixes Complex systems, overengineering Huge technical debt No documentation Significant company changes which makes things even worse It's very difficult to deal with President/CEO

Pros

The business solution is interesting, the technology is interesting.

Cons

Onebox should be a technology company but upper management and owners don't understand about technology. They hire wrong people for the job, specially for key positions, and this translates in really bad processes, extremely bad system design. There is no architecture thought, it's all about improvising. Most of the company's efforts are consumed by putting out fires in production, nothing works as is supposed to.
