Finance leadership was one of the biggest issues at this company. The VP of Finance was overly micromanaging, and the CFO set unrealistic expectations while communicating in a condescending and arrogant manner. Employees with years of experience were routinely made to feel incompetent and undervalued, which created a toxic and demoralizing work environment.

Zero communication and true leadership. Rarely do you see those making the important decisions out on the floor. The culture that has developed is dysfunctional. No accountability. Unrealistic expectations. Inability to properly plan across the board. Everything is urgent, everything is ‘now’. Expectations to put your life on hold for the company at the drop of a hat. There were signs of life at the end of 2022, but since then has rapidly gone down hill.

Culture isn't changing fast enough. There are a lot of good people working here and some good leadership, but not all leaders are there yet.

Lack of engineering culture, kissing up is valued over ideas, outdated technology with no roadmap to the future
