      Immense scope of work. Team work. Knowledge sharing between teammates. Line managers listen to problems. Opportunity to upgrade yourself and work on latest technologies.

      Cons

      Pay structure is below market standard. Poor employee benefits. Inefficient and non responsive management. Very poor infrastructure and facilities offered.
