Small-time operation with huge egos

Pros

Products work and are inexpensive. There are a lot of people there with talent— at least they stay for a while.

Cons

Oh my— the brown-nosing to the ego maniac CEO is nauseating. Just one of the worst experiences of my 30 year career. Trust me- most of the 5-Star ratings that all say ‘nothing I can think of” in the ‘needs improvement’ section are entered by the HR Dept or by the CEO ... he hates it if you disagree.

Great Location Seemingly good benefits, never made it to enrollment though Call Center reps (depending on contract you are hired for) are the light within lots of darkness.

Cons

Upper Management and CEO are out of touch and dismissive Mid Management is skin and grin with no substance or follow through Sales Managers are unprofessional and lack the slightest clue as to how to successfully motivate team members

Some really smart people in the hallway, nice offices, everyone leaves at 5:00.... That is just the culture...

Cons

Low pay. Poor product strategy. Don't ever deliver bad news! The CEO is an absolute ego maniac and a real back- stabber. Yells, screamms, and tries to lead by intimidation... But he isn't very intimidating ( Napolean complex).
