Pros

Your first 30 days are great. You get introduced to a happy and excited group of people who love the company they work for.

Cons

Post 30 days reality settles in and you realize you are working for a company that takes financial short cuts at the expense of you doing your job well. They do not care about their employees at all. The only thing they are concerned with is you making the company money. You will be working with outdated equipment, a useless CRM, you must front ALL of your expenses and only be reimbursed once a month. Their is absolutely NO training provided. It is absolutely nothing like they promise. Dental and Health benefits will cost you $300 a month out of pocket, consider that when negotiating your salary. You will be expected to live at this office day and night, don't plan on having a real life if you work here. Never ever leave your current role, especially if you are already in the staffing industry to come work for them.

It is very upsetting to hear you feel this way. We have spent countless hours communicating back and forth with our employees to make sure the culture is everything they wanted, and more. We have received a tremendous amount of positive feedback from our employees, who feel that the morale at the office, including the perks, have never been better! Our training program was recreated 12 months ago and we have seen our new employees flourish in a short time because of this. It is important to note that some of what was said in this post is not true and while we believe that feedback is truly a gift, we ask you to please make sure you are posting accurate information when you post on Glassdoor. HR would be happy to clear things up for you so please feel free to give us a call at any time!

Pros

Pay is decent, but they overwork you do it isn’t really worth it. Other than that the only pro is the other employees who also hate the job so they get you through the day.

Cons

Management is awful. Little to no leadership skills. No training done, you are thrown right into the mix of things and expected to perform at an unrealistic level. They were very biased and unrealistic. Feels like your in high school while in the office as everyone gossips. Would not recommend to anybody, except if it’s your last and only offer... even then I’d rather work in retail. You will be very upset you choose to work here.

I am sorry to hear that you feel you did not get proper training. We have certainly always provided training for our employees, but over the last 12 months we created a more formalized training program based off the feedback of our employees. I am sorry you did not feel you had proper training and if you are open to giving more specific feedback, please feel free to call.

Pros

They pay a good commission They do have a solid client list They pay your medical premium

Cons

Nepotism runs rampant - if you're related to the owners or a friend of the family, you can get away with everything - dress code violations, coming in late, leaving early - taking holidays whenever you want They used to have unlimited vacations and sick days, but recently took that away and now only have 5 sick days and vacations based on years of service Horrible habit of trying to screw over employees and consultants. They try to pay non recruiters as little as possible - they short change so much and They have no long term vision or strategy - everything revolves around how can you make me money this very second They have some people who have been here forever and are super resistant to change and others who want to change everything including everyone who has worked here. I would run away, run far away
