None at all. None at all.

Cons

The micromanaging. The limited bathroom breaks (has to be less than 5 mins) 400000 meetings a day. Right when you start and the middle and before the end and the end. This is every single day. Your kpis are public and shared with the team. Lots of packs. Fake friendliness. No growth opportunities whatsoever.
