Pros

There are no good things to report at this point.

Cons

We are being told that we need to go online and write good reviews to balance all of the bad reviews coming in. Everyone is wondering if the company is going down and there is no clarity as to what is happening. Very bad decisions made from the top down. Leadership treats people horribly with no regard for us as people.

Pros

- I met a couple of great friends through here.

Cons

- Management sucks. They do not care about you. - Had multiple complaints to HR about how my manager was treating just me to only be ignored about all of my complaints because they “needed” that employee. - Unlimited PTO is not really unlimited. They tell you they encourage you to take time off when you apply and first start but turn around and get upset when you ask for time off. - Was in a job position with no clear path. It was unguided and boring. Would ask for things to do and get into trouble for not doing things when we were slow. - Was told there was ample room for growth to be shot down every time I brought it up. Was told there was no clear timeline for being able to be promoted, then it was 3 months, then it’d be 6 months and then it was finally a year. - MICROMANAGEMENT was insane. You couldn’t do something without someone asking you a million times what was going on. - Weird drama with some departments. - Never had as bad mental health as I did when I worked for this company. - Would get into trouble for little things like forgetting to send my manager an email after I am already off work. Not answering my manager while I’m on PTO. Taking time off that had been on my calendar for months. - Had little spies in the office watching your every move for the higher up positions which was creepy and unnecessary. If someone had a question, they could just ask.
