Trying really hard to create a community in the Open Source eco-system, which fosters the promotion of Open Source talent and resources.
Cons
Poor Management, horrible communication with employees, no fostering of growth with developers or employees. The company is just an outsourcing company for software development and they just look for freelancers in the Open Source community and hire them on a contract bases, just like hundreds of other Outsourcing companies.
