The senior management and HRs are very understanding and cooperative towards us and our problems. They always show supprt and even if unwell, they overlook it at times. Work pressure is there but at the same time, the team is helpful. Timely salary and at times, even before time.

Cons
Wrong HR policies, Every 6 month they changed policy, If you are working in team and if girls are buttering the manager then your career spoil. Company doesn't value of telants. If you are in problem then company never help and in website they showing perks and benefits it is only for website perpose. Managers are doesn't have talent l, just experience high means those are manage as Lead.
