The company has an amazing work culture, my colleagues are incredibly helpful and supportive. Online events and meetings are organized regularly, creating a fun atmosphere and bringing employees from diverse locations together. Additionally, offline meetups further strengthen connections among team members. Overall, a fantastic place to work with a strong sense of community. Very good work-life balance.

Management is committed to flexible working arrangements. Management occasionally organizes training sessions.

Cons

Backend command recieve tasks from 2-nd support line and that equal 50% from all of tasks for junior developers. Technologies used was realy outdated, most employee used 10 years old versions of angular and symfony
