Pros
Environment is good as you have friendly people around, and no doubt the office location.
Cons
First of all they don’t allow cellphones in the floor, secondly the salary is too less. Not just in the beginning but even after working there for two years you don’t get a good salary figure as you expect it to be after an experience of 1-2 years. Earlier they used to provide fixed shifts but now they are changing that as well.
