      Pros

      They send you a laptop, but make you pay for software.

      Cons

      Opteon pays low salary/commissions to field appraisers, charge a technology fee per appraisal, doesn’t reimburse gas or mileage, minimal benefits. The most glaring issue with this company is Opteon has no diversity.

      Pros

      They sent me a $100 gift card one Christmas.... after they cancelled 401K for Staff Appraisers.

      Cons

      They have no respect for Appraisers and strategically exploit zealous trainees. Limited benefits and they charge W2 Staff Appraisers fees to use software they are developing.
