Pros

Coworkers were some really good people. Sadly many have left.

Cons

I just saw the Glass Onion on Netflix and all I can say is that it reminded me of Opteon, lol. If you've seen it, you'll know what I mean. There is so much "tech bro" speak - the company wide conference calls were peppered with "the lingo" of trying too hard to sound like the "disruptors" (the most over-worked word of 2022). I've been on calls and in conversation with industry professionals (commercial and residential) so I know the difference between authenticity and blowing smoke. Don't be fooled by the artifice. Also, as others have mentioned here, it's a top-heavy company.....which sort of aligns with the above. A lack of transparency was also unnerving and did not instill confidence or trust. We all know the industry is in a down-market but there is a lot of "giveth and taketh away" in the compensation department when last presented with the compensation plan for people doing the actual appraisal work...which seems a little backwards, IMO. And finally....just because you promote you "can" do same day turns doesn't mean you should do same day turns......There are a lot of reasons for that, just sayin.
