Pros
Days goes fast it's super busy. You get proper training. You start at 18.50h to end at 29.45 (normaly within 6-8 years if you're working about 4-5 days a week) I love that job.
Cons
Never the same schedule, you do 2 nights a week but never the same + you work one every week end. Lots of stress bc the place is always crowded with being short staff often. There's absolutely no way to get more time off. If you'd like to take one extra week off at you expense you can't ... you're getting 3 weeks a year for the first 5 years.
