Pros
Nothing as such...... But still if u have no other option you can go for it. You will only learn if u have ability to learn by your own... and in case u get a good senior. Colleagues are too good and helpful.
Cons
No flexible timing, u have to work till late night(no matter how good u r at your work). A lot of deduction in salary. If u r just 1 min late u will get a deduction in ur salary but if u stay for 1 hour u will not recieve any extra pay. Its nt a company, its a school where before leaving u have to wait minimum half an hour just to take a permission for leaving(no matter u r done with ur work). No leaves( every single leave salary will be deducted) Hr policies are just in paper(only policies that benefit company will be followed) U can't even speak for your right. If u reach on exact time to ask to leave just see the beautiful face of your manager and few beautiful words as well, from next time u will never go on time.
