Pros

The company says they care about their employees and members.

Cons

Very racist, anti-male company. Although they preach diversity, it's not inclusivity. It only means white females. Just look at their leadership on LinkedIn. Past the usual white guys at the top, it's all white females. There are men and minorities working there, but the women in charge only promote other white women from the "clique" into leadership. And usually that's there only qualification. And why the company is run so poorly.

Pros

Decent salary and free parking

Cons

Benefits, outdated systems, disorganized, failure to enforce corporate policies, salaried employees treated like hourly employees. The bullying and micromanagement are rampant. If an employee complains, there is no promise of non-retaliation. HR does not handle employee issues effectively and let’s management bully and intimidate good employees ultimately pushing them out of the company.
