      Relaxed, friendly, fun and compassionate work atmosphere, great exposure to various technologies and GAMP (Automation side), very little bureaucracy, free snacks

      Cons

      Lack of training, below par wages, a bit old fashioned, smelly office, too much travel, job isolation (Knowledge Silos)
