      Pros

      Good company having opportunities, but the indian management will not let you.

      Cons

      Indian management is the worst to say, they talk about the ethics and thread values, but they will stab behind your back. They treat as if its their company. Even the mangement at global level is not interested in looking into india

      Pros

      Optimas is a company where there are no limitations for growth and I have always been encouraged to stretch myself, improve my knowledge, develop new skill and a chance to learn how to think out of the box. Management really take the time to talk to everyone and listen to opinions.

      Cons

      No body is perfect, So take it only as learning if you want:) Otherwise challenges are always welcome.
