Optimum Pay Group Reviews

My pension deductions that were taken every month and the companies pension contributions have not been paid into my pension pot - still waiting for a response from my former line manager/the CEO regarding this. Can be a "back stabbing" environment which can make you feel very on edge and uncomfortable. Can be put under a lot of pressure to achieve unobtainable goals and no support given to make things better. I had a probation review after 8 months of being there (they hadn't bothered after the correct 3 months and everyone at the company had a probation review at the same time no matter how long they had been with the company), first review was told everything was fine, and I would be signed off once the process I had made was put into action. The next review came around and was told that I had "taken my foot off the gas" even though all the work that needed to be done was complete, the new process that took me hours out of working time had been put in place was working correctly and that I would receive support from management to help me grow and make the department better. No support was given and after those two weeks I was let go without any help whatsoever. If you want job security I would not recommend this company. High turn over of staff - in the 8 months I was there 9 people left or were sacked (2 left off their own back and 7 sacked) including me. All the positive reviews on this company have been written by current employees who were told to by the Marketing department to outweigh the negative one.
