      Pros

      Salary offered is good and without any variable pay so the take home is good.

      Cons

      1. There is no job security - they hire u but they can ask u to resign any time with or without reason. 2. They are totally client centric and doesn't think about their employees - if u get one client escalation they ask you to resign. 3. Their client base is not very impressive that if u want to change the client that u r working for u won't get any option other than "resign". 4. They make big promises during the hiring process but pretty soon you realise it's almost a scam.

      The Great thing about the Company is the clients are in to core Investment banking. The salaries are paid on Time. Top Management from Head Office are Extremely Supportive. This company had has Unique skilled Recruiters.

      Cons

      The Down Swings Are: Pathetic, use less, Biased and crocked Vice President of Operations. Below Average Infrastructure. Non Supportive Administration.

      - Good Clients -Good Pay master

      -Temp Roles, big companies, bad projects - Extremely poor employee management, once you are on-boarded on any project, the company will forget you till the time your project is over or you are reaching out to them for any challenges, they do not even care if you are facing any issues or provide any resolution around it, in fact you can loose your job
