      Pros

      They include monthly paid leave in CTC , which means your salary not just decreased but also PF amount is decreased

      Cons

      Manager plays words game and manipulate the joining time words which he has given to employees, lot of politics and manager will only support the family members of CEO who are working in company. They don't have standards and remove anyone from the company .
