Pros

If you are looking for money and for that you are ready to bear all those below cons i am going to write then you deserver a salute from my side.

Cons

1) Very pathetic work culture. 2) Irresponsible HR 3) Manager will behave like a jailer 4) in and out timing will be tracked and even if you worked 5 min less than 8 hours in total they will crucify you and threaten you for half day consideration of that day. 5) Lunch timing and coffee break timing will be monitored. 6) very tight estimates. 7) forced to work late if estimates not met. 8) there will be a painful exit if you are planning to quit. 9) Leads will sit on your head and make you work late. 10) bad mouthing is very often. 11) intolerable remarks will be thrown if you are talking with your colleagues. 12) Lead will fight for hours claiming. 13) every hours will be tracked for the work you have given. if count is not coming upto 8 hours you will have to claim on bench. 14) You cant apply for leaves. 15) even if you are on sick leave they will torture you to come for half day. 16) if any unplanned leave is taken you wont get paid for that day. 17) you wont be allowed to have free time for even 5 min if you caught to be free you will be loaded with new work. 18) at the time of leaving you may be asked to attend meeting with onsite codinator and that will last for more than 2 hours. 19) You will receive no help from your leads instead of boosting your moral they will demoralize you . 20) Lead will keep time for themselves to bill and secure their own billing for the week in turn developer have to stretch and work late to complete assignments. 21) They will pay you so high due to which looking out will not be easy and based on your current high CTC outside company wont consider your resume.

Pros

Good salary hikes,fixed salary no variable component.

Cons

9 hours of working mandatory. No job security. Once the lead feels that you are threat to his/her position , will create condition to get you fired. Please don't join as there is no job security. No proper documentation maintained of the work. Lot of reworks and also no growth and no new technology used. I you want to lean and grow then this is not a place to be.

1. Good domain knowledge in few projects. 2. Flexible work timings.

Cons

1. No/Low increments. 2. Some managers have no professionalism, lot of favoritism and poor management skills. 3. Some leads have poor relevant technical skills. 4. Canteen food is not good, no variety. No facilities. No employee friendly benefits.
