Pros

The people are nice. Noah’s not a bad guy, it’s just a terrible job. Can get hired fast if you need to make some quick cash while looking for a better job.

Cons

They totally misrepresent the position and company. They advertise it under a bunch of different titles on linked in, make it seem like a legit corporate position. It’s not. Marketing associate, account manager, sales rep, it’s all the same sh**ty in person sales position. You are a glorified greeter, standing for 6+ hours a day trying to sell to customers as they walk past you. Company is set up like a pyramid, climb high enough you can create your own team and open up your own offices under whatever business name you want. Each company falls under a larger national company, but they WONT tell you the company. It’s literally a secret that is kept from the employees. Very suspicious to not know who you are working for. Clearly it’s not very reputable or else it wouldn’t be kept a secret. Crap pay, base (like $16-$18) OR commission. High turnover rate, constantly hiring and firing people. You’re required to dress business professional and come into the office at 7am 5 days a week for a one hour meeting. Doesn’t pay nearly enough to ask that much of their employees. Advertise opportunities for rapid growth, it’s just to keep you drinking the kool aid, no matter if you’re at the top of the company or the bottom you do the same job. You can probably make good money if you are really good at it, but the amount of effort and time required you’re better off just finding a better job. The people that make real money work 10+ hours a day 6 times a week.

Pros

The job application is very misleading. You are only working at a booth at a Costco trying to get people to switch their phone and internet plans to AT&T. The pay is minimum wage and commission that's it.

Cons

Instead of a Sales and Marketing Representative for an Advertising Firm the job title should be AT&T Salesman at Costco.

Dear Reviewer, We are sorry to hear that you feel as if you were misled as of course that is not our intention. Frankly we do practice sales and marketing and the role of Sales and Marketing Representative is not that far off with the added aspect of opportunity for rapid growth and advancement and we also work with retailers and we do not hide that aspect. We will do our best to ensure we are more clear in the interview process, but we also invite you to do your own research as well prior to interviewing. Thank you for your feedback.
