      * Managers will not pressure/torture you even if you could not complete the module assigned on time * Very good Work and Personal life balance * Very good Work Culture * Very good knowledge Center * Managers and very Supportive * You will work like a single Man Army and get enough time to complete the job

      * Highly Process oriented * Half of your life goes in documentation and following process * Very less Hike * Very tough to get promotions (its almost in saturation level)

      Pros

      Work culture is excellent. Freedom given to a person in there work is exemplary. You are never denied a leave even if there is an impending delivery. Work life balance is very good. Freedom to work from home whenever you feel like (you don't need to be sick to ask for work from home, its okay if you just feel like it)

      Cons

      No promotions. No bonus. No appraisals. Worst of all, all the quality development work is done by people at Canada team, and maintenance or support is given to Indian offices.
