Slightly higher rate of pay than other care jobs

The following is my own opinion based on my experience Bad practice throughout and no consistancy. Definitley NOT person centred Senior management and leaders operate very much on a if your face fits basis Extremely high staff turnover and low staff morale None existant teamwork
