Pros
I cannot say enough everyday how much I enjoy working at Orbita. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I get to work with a great team of employees that enjoys collaborating to achieve the company goals. The best part of working at Orbita is hearing other employees complimenting each other for doing a great job. There is no “I” in team at Orbita. Everyone is a TEAM together. The CEO is amazing! She keeps everyone energized, she is very easy to speak to and keeps everyone engaged. If you reach out to her for assistance, she is right there to help and assist. You do not see that a lot in CEOs. The work/life balance is great, and the benefits exceed other places I have been employed at previously.

Pros
I'm relatively new at Orbita, but it's easy to see that our employees are a tight-knit group. Everyone is generally positive, welcoming, and willing to answer any questions you have about our solutions... which is great when you're new. Leadership is positive and attentive. They truly believe in our company and solutions.
Cons
Our team is pretty small, so we're asked to do a lot. The company is pretty "young," so we are building some operational processes as we go. That's not necessarily a bad thing. It just takes time to build.
