      Good family owned company with good values.

      Pros

      Family owned and operated. Owners know you. Lots of in house processing capabilities (machining, cutting, welding, assembly). The company builds meaningful products that help feed the world.

      Cons

      Business is cyclical. Agriculture overall is down right now.
