Thanks for the feedback. I'm surprised to hear that you felt you had a poor work/life balance and this is not something I've heard before and almost everyone usually leaves the office around 5pm. Obviously overtime is sometimes required as you would find at any other company/job.
I'm unsure of how to respond to your coding factory comment. To say we are coding factory would suggest that we efficiently build code using repeatable patterns and practices, and obviously this is the main deliverable from a developer. Outside of our scrum process/meetings I don't observe much interference with how developers do their job. You did resign from your most recent post after a very short timeframe so it is possible that you felt this way due to the training ramp-up; similarly, to your first comment, this is not a complaint I've had from anyone else.
I'm slightly disappointed to see that you only give our company a 1-star rating considering the travel & work opportunities provided to you at the company’s expense. You also held multiple roles and moved from a contractor to full time position.
