Nothing is good about here. Your wasting your time working here. If you want to work long hours, days nights and weekends this is the place for you

Company is a long term, will not be going anywhere for a real long time.

Cons

Odd hours, it is a retail store, that is to be expected. Pay rates need to get with the current needs of today. Due to low pay, thus makes for higher turnover rates. Also work store managers a 45 hour work week, to much burn out when expected to work open to close.
