Pros

Competitive pay, weekends off, most holidays off, fast-paced work, mostly work by yourself, good exercise, dress code is pretty flexible

Cons

The company's business increased unimaginably in 2017-2018, and it was not prepared to handle the business load. 14-16 hour days were not uncommon, some weeks working over 60 hrs. The attendance policy is extremely strict, and most often you are physically drained. Lunches are 42 minutes, which is quick when compared to a 14-16 hour day.

Pros

Orgill is a great company to work for. The company has continued growth and expansion so the since of job security is strong. As a manager you are not micromanaged from Sr Management as long as you do your job they seem to be pleased.

Cons

Some downsides of working for Orgill there seems to be the buddy buddy system meaning friends are hired into positions that they may or may not be qualified for. Promotions are hard to acheive because of the friends politics within upper management.
