Management is absolutely horrific. They are so disconnected from the actual process that they are extremely unhelpful when issues arise. They will brush issues and complaints under the rug and promote hostile work environments by allowing aggressive and sometimes physically abusive people to continue to work there.

Once management realizes your knowledge and skillset there is too much work to do. Top management decides what to listen to, what to believe, and what to deliver. Not clear communication, goals, or strategies to grow the organization.
