-Poor management and management structure -Work/Life balance is non existent, absolutely no room for flexibility and no good reasons given when refused. -extremely unreasonable workloads for job title with no reward for taking on said extra work. -Seemingly unwilling to give pay rises and promotions (unless you're in management and they'll just make up a new role for you) -Very toxic and old fashioned way of working/ treating staff. -Very poor pay compared to similar companies -always receive the bear minimum in terms of Holiday, sick pay maternity/paternity etc (even for long standing employees) -High staff turnover

Staff turnover incredible. Disrespectful and rude management you really are just a number. If you are a temp start looking elsewhere quickly because they have a rolling policy of a number of temps in then out. They rule with an atmosphere of underlying fear to the extent that a fellow temp was actually sick while at work and clearly unwell but was too afraid to go home in case he lost his job. The management there couldn't give a hoot. I was actually praised for the last picking job I did on a Friday then got a call on Sunday to say that I was no longer required! Work that one out. Awful place to work. Avoid if you can
