Pros

- Amazing team. People were so lovely to work with.

Cons

- Micromanaging CTO who has a tendency to harrass/bully team members he isn't happy with. - No team leads. All developers report directly to CTO. CEO is CTO's brother. - Poor gender diversity. High rate of women leaving. Ask yourself why? - Focus on speed rather than code quality. Can make it difficult to work in the code base. Duplicated code and no tests. It's not worth it. DO NOT work here.

Don’t fall for these founders, they are toxic and narcissistic

Pros

-pay was decent -flexible work location -product is great

Cons

- long hours, work never praised -your opinion means nothing -the founders are very quick to decide if you’ll make it or not, then they’ll make your life a living hell

Started off well but became very toxic towards the end

Pros

* If you have a new idea that management loves, you'll be praised for it, and they'll embrace and support the idea. * Very smart, helpful and collaborative software developers and other team members. * The compensation is/was pretty good.

Cons

* No HR/personnel team in place to assist teams other than those directly involved in software development (which the C-level exec layer manages directly themselves). * If you are not in software development, and you are requested early on that your role later acquires team management responsibilities, you'll receive little support in running your team. Expect to have a long history of team management experience, as you'll be held 100% accountable for your team's success! * C-level exec layer provides little support and turns to micromanagement when they are no longer happy with you.
