The company offers a good work-life balance and the flexibility to work from anywhere. All colleagues and team leader were very supportive and always willing to provide guidance when needed. It is also a great place for fresh graduates to gain valuable experience and develop their skills.

Cons

Salary and incentives could be improved. As the company grows, it would be great to see improvements in employee benefits and more opportunities for career progression.

Working at Osome has been a great learning experience. The fast-paced environment encourages me to adapt quickly, which helps me pick up new skills and gain exposure to a wide range of accounting and client-related matters in a short period of time. The team is supportive, especially my team lead, who is always willing to guide and assist whenever I face challenges. The work culture is also positive and non-toxic, making it an enjoyable place to grow both professionally and personally.

Cons

Fast-paced could be stressful. However, I'm loving the working environment and the people.
