Working here was an infuriating experience driven by nonstop miscommunication, reckless management, clueless leadership, disorganized schedules, and a work environment in constant disarray. Honestly, unless daily frustration and mental exhaustion sound appealing, it is far better to find another company to work for.

OurBus has clueless leaders who make terrible decisions all the time. This company has a disorganized environment because our own leadership doesn't know what it's doing half the time. Employees don't get sufficient support and guidance from the leadership because most of our leaders are too incompetent and ignorant. Aside from having a failed leadership, this company also offers poor compensation and lackluster health benefits to employees. There really isn't any reason to work for this horrible company.
