- Great team - Nice office - Budget to fund business trips and team building events - Working on cutting-edge use cases at a fast growing startup feels very dynamic and challenging, you get to work in a fast-paced environment. - The Lidar space is a very exciting field to be in with strong market demand

Cons

- Lack of transparency in the decision-making process - Lack of collaboration between teams spread across different continents - Customer feedback is not really taken into account - Product quality is an issue - Management could do better at empowering people to go the extra mile and create a corporate culture
