      I wouldn’t wish this job on my worst enemy.

      Pros

      I was able to bond with other people in my department over how much we disliked this job.

      Cons

      The base pay is terrible, the hours are horrendous, and management’s behavior is unacceptable. They incentivize you in the beginning by making you think it’s not a call center and that you’ll be making 6 figures. In reality, you get ridiculed for every little thing and the average commission check per deal is about $199. You have to dial 200+ times a day, follow their script to a T, get yelled at if you go off script, but then get yelled at for not closing a deal using the exact script they provided. There’s no winning here. All you’ll have is a $200 commission check and zero work/life balance. Additionally, sales management have a track history of very inappropriate behavior.

      Pros

      There aren't many. Base starts at 25k and you can expect to make 1-2k in commissions every month.

      Cons

      You work a ton of overtime to make little money. They want you to think this is an amazing opportunity but it isn't. About 5 people quit every month so it's a pretty small sales team here.

      Very hands on w teaching you everything you need to know. Great and encouraging culture.

      Extremely call heavy. Smile and dial type sales. Most of your leads are not very good.
