The People are great to work with and management empowers you to do your job Flexibility to work anywhere (remotely) Office headquarters is very nice Family oriented culture that encourages contribution.

Great company culture, work / life balance work schedule can be flexible if you have important appointments to attend to Great opportunity for growth
Cons
401K is provided but does not have the best match, and can't recieve full amount until you have worked there for 5 years. additional National holidays should be considered. such as Juneteenth ETC. No great incentives for bonuses (client retention, upsell opportunity)
