      Pros

      The product is a good concept but not even well implemented.

      Cons

      The CEO is arrogant and selfish, only sees employees as a means to and end and not as people. He constantly changes his mind and blames it on others. He is impossible to work with and is unavoidable since the company is only a few people. He lies so you can never believe what he says to you and he knows what to say to get his way. I waited some time to leave this review but feel it is my duty to others so they don't get stuck in the same trap I did.

      Lots of room to grow your skillset/career, company culture still at its infancy

      Pros

      CEO/COO encourage employees to try new things, giving you the freedom to gain hands on experience in virtually any aspect of the business. They can be great resources for mentorship and you learn the ins and outs of the startup world and how small companies operate. They work with well known companies in apparel, tech, real estate, beauty -- almost any industry you can think of. You'd be able to work alongside these companies and create custom experiences for them. Technology is unique, has great potential and is only becoming more relevant to the marketing world. CEO/COO are open-minded, flexible and understanding. They value an open line of communication with every employee and accommodate when they can.

      Cons

      Very small team, so you must be able to work independently and hold your own. Company's focus frequently changes and can be disorganized. Salary/equity package is not competitive. Meetings are held in the middle of the office, so noise levels are high and it can be hard to concentrate/focus.
