I've been at 280blue for about 18 months and it's been an amazing opportunity. Really strong team of marketing strategists and doers. It's a small team but that lets every individual have far more ownership and freedom than they might have at a big company. The CEO has high expectations, but also has a lot of trust in the team which allows for a ton of creative and collaborative work. The clients I've had the opportunity to work with over the last 18 months have been world-class entrepreneurs, business people and marketers and has helped me (and I know the team!) grow faster than just about any other job I've had.

Working for 280blue has been extremely rewarding. Great culture, with an appreciation for humor, and plenty of room to learn and advance. I like that there’s a good mix of both autonomous and collaborative work -- I’m able to take ownership of the work I do, as well as sync with my team multiple times throughout the week. You can tell that management truly cares about the well-being of employees – work/life balance is a real positive here, and I think employees are able to experience that because of how supportive the team is. Also, openness to new ideas is always welcomed, which is something I value and appreciate in my daily role. If you’re passionate about what you do and you are no stranger to working hard, this place is ideal.
