Pros

Most co-workers were easy to get along with. They pay fairly well for an engineering position.

Cons

Management consists of self-centered individuals that say they care about you and want to help develop you but at the end of the day they don't ensure things are done ethically nor properly. Managers have no idea how to run a successful business. You will seriously be micromanaged, no work life balance and rarely will get weekends off. When I quit, they lectured me on my morals. I would never go back and would never let friends work there.

Idiotic and imperialistic leadership

Pros

The office was equipped with a robust backup and disaster recovery system to ensure that all data was safe and secure at all times.

Cons

The idiotic and imperialistic leadership practices of the CEO and management have created a toxic and demoralizing work culture. The constant disregard for the well-being and professional development of the staff has led to an alarmingly high turnover rate. If you value a positive and supportive work environment, it is highly recommended that you look for employment opportunities elsewhere.

Toxic work environment and culture

Pros

Many innovative employees work here.

Cons

The pay here is low for engineers. The benefits are also quite lacking. Moreover, the work environment and culture are toxic. Engineers here aren't valued by the managers. Instead, they burn us out by making us work for extended hours for every little compensation and benefits.
