My experience working with Katie was very frustrating and honestly disappointing. Communication around expectations and performance was extremely limited. I was never coached, never had my metrics reviewed, and never given clear guidance on what needed improvement. The only feedback I received was after calls were apparently reviewed and I was told I wasn’t a good fit, which came as a surprise since none of these concerns were ever brought up beforehand. I also repeatedly asked for information about my pay and payroll timeline, and the only consistent response I received was that payroll was several weeks behind. Instead of getting clarity, I felt like my questions were treated as a problem. At one point I was told my hours might be audited, which felt unnecessary and intimidating given I was just trying to understand when I would be paid. Overall, the lack of communication, coaching, and transparency made this a very negative experience for me.
