Poor management, poor culture, racist company, dont care about the main office work life, managers only care about themselves and the contracts. High stress, long 12 hour shifts, days and night shifts, dealing with drivers who do not want to do their jobs ending up in arguments, drivers getting away with whatever they want. Managers also getting away with racial comments and gestures.

Not many hours. Management in Teeside and headquarters lie out there backside. Not allowed to be sick not allowed to have kids. No holidays if you book them off. Wagons are moon milers and run 24/7 clapped out man units and antique trailers. Trainer will train you and say your ahead then lie to main office and say your a week behind also never one on one training there always at least 2 trainees to one trainer. One can only do a pre check while the other waits outside then they put a report in saying you have failed your pre check. Nothing but a bunch of liars. No wonder there always looking for staff as everyone sees what there like. This company is going down next year and I’ve heard flexigrid are buying
