Pros

Great place to work, with many interesting and challenging projects.

Cons

Salary is quite low, especially due to proximity to London. Office politics is a real issue.

Pros

Im not sure. I have no positive experience

Cons

It’s a very negative workplace. The manager is extremely toxic and can seriously damage your mental health. It’s not worth working here, as it constantly drags you down. There is no positivity—just very toxic behavior, especially from the manager. If you speak up to HR about the situation, it doesn’t really help. They will just frame you as the one to blame until you eventually have no choice but to resign. It’s not a healthy place for your mental well-being. They claim to offer services to support mental health, but they don’t realize that it’s the way the manager and people treat us that actually harms our mental health. I had to deal with unkind and mean behavior every single day. Not worth it!
