Toxic Politics and Inept Sales Management that doesn't have your back!!!!

The engineer team at Ozen are a complete opposite and really great people. Pay is very good.
Cons
When I interviewed for the position I was told that it would be a work from home and no cold calling.... manage a current book of business. It was not the case. In less than a month I was asked to come to the office on a full time basis, even though they know that my commute is rather long. Sales team have to use Salesforce.com & Hubspot. Yes, that is 2 CRMs + all of these other administrative tasks that sucks up almost half of our day from real customer facing meetings. The sales management loves to engage in office politics with a team of 5~10 in sales. 5~10 means that this place is a revolving door. Sales management style is through fear, not true experienced leadership, etc. If there are disputes over an account he will always side with Ansys and throw the sales reps "under the bus" to cover sales management short comings. They kiss up to Ansys as a channel partner and will treat the sales reps as lower tiered individuals.
