met good superior and team friendly and welcoming team nice salary jump good working hour (for executive level, or maybe for people who join before covid, get the flexible working time, current practice is cut-short lunch hour so can go home early. working hour, 8.00am-4.30pm, 8.30am-5.00pm) top management was very positive culture is different from local malaysia company. medical claim RM500/year got the chance to apply for Bushell scholarship for furthering your study small company but you can learn a lot of things

* HR/management is quiet bias in term of flexibility of WFH practice * Perks and benefit may not up to MNC company * SAP system is just focus on planning production, yet it works systemic in this company practice.
