      the only reason i would recommend phaeton would be because of the work environment as well as the break scheduling

      some of the cons working at phaeton would be lack of respect, u need to as several times if u need something

      Pros

      Offers good hands-on automotive dealership experience, if you're willing to learn. Successful salespeople are a great way to learn the ins and outs of sales and instrumental to becoming a successful sales person yourself.

      Cons

      Constant management turn over. Recognition for hard work is hard to come by. Low employee moral has been a constant theme at Richmond Hill Toyota.
