      Pros

      Good Management by US Team Good Startup in India Good growth opportunity Need highly skilled employees

      Cons

      Upper management is not getting involved in India Office No one can direct report any problem in US Office/HR The only IT company which do not provide Work from Home(all other US based company provides Work from Home in India) No funloving office culture You must complete 9 hours in office but you have to report 8.5 hours in US office Sometimes feels like Time is more important than doing work Managers are not coming on office time and expecting everybody to come on his time not office time Global Company Policy will be not applicable due to India Policy India Policy is different for each employee to employee (favoritism, example of timing: some comes at 9 am some at 10.45am)

      Pros

      very goods office infrastructure flexible timing and no as such restrictions salary before the month-end. work is nor real-time work so no any problems to take leave anytime I'm enjoying coding, it's great to learning and earning experience

      Cons

      Partialities in every possible thing like company asset-laptops assignment, training in the USA, etc. Most of the juniors don't have manners to talk with senior and no any soft skills senior and junior have same job responsibilities and duty, no any differences Groupism, favoritism, and politics so growth depends only on the relationship very big differences in salary at peer level

      Good place to start with but certainly not good to end with. HR in office has nothing to do with employees except to restrict employees in one or other way

      Cons

      Don't expect descent salary hike, environmemt and standards as per IT Company Increment process is not transparent Team politics worst Men dominancy Policies on paper only No tea-maker machine Lake of training/learning No work from home Count every second like we are in school No innovation, Factory outlet - work on similar things again & again Manager's do work from home but they dont like employees do work from home or follow predefined work process Poor Management and Leadership
