Pros

NONE, except friendly mates I've worked with

Cons

** I couldn't give it a rate less than one star, so please consider this rate of ZERO instead of one ** - Not stable AT ALL. An insane high turn over rate. Probably the highest you'll ever see. - No job security, they don't have funds or any carrying revenue, you most probably won't get paid most of the months. As they're financially struggling and with high debt. - They claim they give high or above average salaries, but actually they don't have that salary you're agreed on. YOU WON'T GET PAID the salary you agreed on. - Definitely no medical or social insurance or any perks(Thats incase you're getting paid your basic agreed-on salary) - They SUCK their employees off, as you're expected to work over 12-hours a day for 8-hours salary, with no raise plan or a predefined evaluation plan. - They don't give a damn about your work life balance. Complete lack of LIFE/WORK BALANCE. Very STRESSFUL environment. You take a serious hit on your health. - A very toxic culture, they don't have any values, they're lying all the time, even on the non-technical stuff. - It's not actually a tech company as they claim, there're no mentors, no technical management, juniors introduced as seniors, and very poor quality products. - Poor communication. They listen to themselves and take technical decision however they don't have the technical background to do so. - They're lying on their employees as well as their clients. The company is a FRAUD. - No policy. No structure. No planning. No discipline. - No process at all, they don't follow any development method, not even a waterfall model. They claim that they are so smart to follow any of these methods as such as agile. - Founder is arrogant, unprofessional and take things personally. - Please do yourself a favor and don't waste your time and career there. It's not a healthy environment at all, for all levels, from juniors to seniors. You won't learn anything new and you'll destroy your career. Reach out previous employees of the company(on LinkedIn or something) and ask them about their experience there, you'll be surprised of how many fraud cases happened.

Pros

Friendly Team members and flexible hours.

Cons

- This is the worst place to work in ever, salaries are always late, sometimes for the end of the next month. - CEO has no knowledge, always pretending to know everything, which makes you very uncomfortable working with him. - They have lied to many employees & Freelancers for having rewards by working hard, overtime, long hours and late hours, and at last when you resign, you sign papers saying you won't have anything from the company and you don't have the right to ask for any compensations or rewards, by other means: your extra work, extra effort and your late hours ( sometimes 1 or 2 am) are gone in vain. - The CEO always promising employees for benefits and always refusing to sign papers stating these benefits, so that we can work and make sure that our effort won't go in vain. - The CEO will always sell the air for you, he will ask you to work harder and harder, he won't ever say sorry for late salaries, but he will tell you not to talk about salaries!

Dear Former Employee, Firstly, I want to thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your experience at PASS APP. As the CEO, I appreciate and value every piece of feedback, positive or negative, as it helps us understand the areas where we can improve. I'm genuinely sorry to hear about the concerns you've raised, and I would like to apologize if your experience didn't meet your expectations. It's great to know that you found our team members friendly and our working hours flexible – these are core values that we strive to maintain across the board. Regarding the issue of delayed salaries, I understand how this can cause inconvenience, and I apologize sincerely for any stress this might have caused. We are continuously working on streamlining our financial processes to ensure that such delays are minimized in the future. As for the perception of my role as CEO, I regret if my actions or communications have caused discomfort or misunderstanding. I firmly believe in continuous learning, and I am always open to feedback that can help me improve. I assure you that my intention has always been to encourage a culture of open communication and continuous growth. Concerning the issue of rewards and compensations, it's disheartening to hear that you felt your hard work and extra hours were not recognized. We aim to create an environment where every team member feels valued for their contributions. I acknowledge the importance of setting clear expectations about benefits and rewards, and we are working on revising our policies to be more transparent and fair. Your advice about needing a new CEO indicates a deep dissatisfaction with the current leadership, and for that, I apologize. As the CEO, my main goal is to guide the team to success, and it's clear that in your experience, I have fallen short. I take this feedback very seriously and will reflect on it and use it as a catalyst for change. Again, thank you for your feedback. We will use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, and ensure that PASS APP is a great place to work for all our current and future employees. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors. Kind regards, Hany CEO, PASS APP
